Boarders’ Weekend Activities

Over the weekend, our boarders visited two local places of interest off the beaten track. The first, a conceptual garden where glass artist Fuan Wong exhibits his collection of sculptures and installations, amidst the greenery. There were also works by other artists throughout the Art Garden, and the students enjoyed a guided tour and recorded their observations on their cameras.

Next on the list was the local nutmeg farm, where the students learned about how nutmeg was grown and their uses. They also enjoyed chilled nutmeg juice, and were given small jars of nutmeg balm used for treating mosquito bites.
