First aid training

This term, the students in Year 6 have been learning some basic first aid procedures. They were taught CPR, how to prevent further injury, and the recovery position. This learning provides children with a vital knowledge base for dealing with any emergencies they may face. They became aware of signs and symptoms that may necessitate immediate attention. They communicated clearly with each other, assumed roles of responsibility and enjoyed the enriching experience.
