Introducing The People Behind The House Names!

This week, we are going to introduce the people behind the House Names your children will be in when school starts.

Houses are an integral part of school life. The House System:
• A focus for healthy, enjoyable and inclusive competition
• A system of rewards used across all areas of the curriculum
• Able to develop group identity and a sense of belonging
• Providing an opportunity for the older students to lead and mentor the younger ones.

Our House names have been chosen to celebrate four significant figures who epitomize leadership and commitment to a cause greater than themselves. Do share with them the significance of these figures as we go along and we hope the children look forward to receiving their House Colours in September!
