Marine Biology and Conservation Talk with USM

Last week, POWIIS hosted a special presentation from Dr. Leela and one of her Master’s students from USM CEMACS. This is the first stage of a series of events and a longer-term collaboration. This short webinar was about the Dolphins around Penang and how students can undertake citizen science. Next year as part of our Global Citizenship education and the POWIIS Project we will be supporting the conservation of Penang’s special marine ecosystem.
