Model United Nations Conference 2020

POWIIS students participated in a Model United Nations conference in Guangzhou, China at the start of January where they had to work in teams, with students from other Chinese schools to debate and resolve real world issues.

Mrs Casaccio and Mr Moore who accompanied the 12 students were extremely proud of how the students engaged in the whole process and were delighted with how the group displayed perseverance and enthusiasm, even when the sessions were long and challenging.

The students were Sam Oh, Marcus Lim, Emi Siraj, Kai Yuan Lee, Shawn Fore Lim, Jayden Beh, Jocelyn Lee, Kaya Sights, Shou Wu Lin and Peter Ooi.
