Silver International Award (DofE) – 3 days adventure!

A key element of the Silver International Award (DofE) is the 3 day adventurous journey. This year at POWIIS we have taken to the waters of Langkawi again for our practise kayaking sessions. The students had already been introduced to some of the basic skills on open water at the Penang Water Sports centre but their knowledge, skills and determination to succeed were really put to the test over 3 days around the Kilim Geoforest park.
