The Great POWIIS Inter-House Bake Off Winners’ Trip

Today the top two teams of bakers headed off to The Alliance Francaise in George Town for a master class in patisserie from a French pastry chef. Students learnt to make profiteroles with homemade creme patisserie and all had a delicious box of bakes to take away with them. Well done bakers!
