Year 1 – Explorers

As part of Year one’s Explorers topic they have been learning about explorers and how they might have travelled. They then had the challenge of creating a boat for an explorer. Learning about various materials and their properties they created some fantastic boats and test them in the swimming pool, a few sank, but many floated!
