Year 2 – A Visit on Earth Day!

Year 2 explored pollution in the ocean for Earth Day. They connected with the local seaside community by welcoming Muhammad Noor Hadi bin Muhammad Yusof, Mohamed Nazrin bin Abu Bakar and Mohamed Safuan bin Mohd Noor, guest speakers from the Department of Fisheries, and the Turtle Conservation Centre Kerachut Beach last week. The children listened to a short presentation explaining how the Malaysian turtle population is being affected by plastic and other pollution in the sea as well as learning what they can do to help save the turtles.
